Review: Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque

29 Nov

Oh damaged dry hair how I hate you so.  Luckily I have discovered an awesome product that will kick you to the curb.  This hair mask is seriously one of the best deep conditioners I have ever used, if not the best.

I use this about every other hair washing (2-3 times a week) and leave it in for about 7 minutes as directed in the directions and voila! My hair is silky smooth and soft.  Sometimes when my hair is feeling extra dry I’ll leave it in for about an hour or so.  I have heard people leaving this in overnight but I have yet to try it.

Okay now for some pros and cons.  Pros:  it smells amazing!  It’s the perfect combination of floral and fruity.  Also, the scent will stay in your hair all day long which is always a plus.  As for the formula, its super thick and moisturizing but it doesn’t leave your hair feeling greasy.

Now for the downside: the price.  This hair mask retails for $33.00 for the 8.5 oz. and a whopping $49.00 for the 16.9 oz.  Ouch! They do have smaller sizes for those of you who want to test it out and see if you like it before shelling out that much money for a larger size. I’m always on the hunt for good deals especially when it comes to beauty products.  My all time favorite place to shop is because it literally has everything.  I snagged this hair mask for a total of $30 for the 16.9 oz.!  I know it may seem like a lot of money still but I’ve had this hair mask since June and just reached the half way mark. I will advise you though to make sure you check the seller reviews before purchasing anything off of amazon to avoid receiving counterfeit products.

I definitely recommend the Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque and probably will be repurchasing once I run out!

Hope you enjoyed this review. Let me know what your favorite deep conditioners are!

xo, Chelsea
